Today, we get a full patch.. There are some new features, such as new facial details (wrinkles/freckles, etc.) and the long-awaited button to turn off ailments. You can now also turn off the packs through the GUI and no longer have to do this via the EA app.

Photos taken in the game appear black/canvases with pictures painted by reference are white.

Objects in neighborhoods are not getting cleaned up
Over time more and more litter is accumulating in neighborhoods. This range from food and drinks to flea market furniture or even snow pals.

Currently unclear but the game seems to have an issue created bartenders etc. Also make sure to keep your mods current.
