This bug was fixed in Patch 1.90.358. It is possible that it still occurs for already bugged games.

Sims can’t ski/snowboard/sled (Option Grey)
The action to ski/snowboard/sled is greyed out with a message that the action isn't possible here.

Restaurants and umbrellas can be the reason you're seeing routing issues with trying to go ski/snowboard/sled. For console the slopes are broken in several ways.

Sims don’t follow the No-Shoes-Rule
Out-of-date CC feet can cause Sims to not follow the no shoe rule. There's also a few Sims that don't follow the rule on purpose.

Interaction ‘Deep Conversation’ missing
The interaction Deep Conversation is missing from the friendly menu although my Sims are friends and even have a romantic bar. This makes it impossible to fulfill the tasks for dates.
