Update This issue was fixed in Patch 1.54.120 Problem My Sim is level 10 of his career and now he won’t get any promotions anymore. Instead his icons is stuck at work. My Sim is at the top of one of the careers from Island Living and the promotion bar just stays at the top with the golden check mark. He’s never promoted. Cause I think that both issues are different although if the Sims would actually get promoted in the island living careers, the first error would hit them too.
