Missing Moodlets Fix

Update

This mod is obsolete with Patch 1.105.345/1.90

Moodlets with a timer disappear since Patch 1.105.297/1.87 when you reload the game. This can lead to permanent damage to your save for some moodlets.

This mod fixes the issue
