Reset Options

Set all settings back to the original status. To do so follow these steps.

  • Close the game
  • Move the following file to the desktop: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Options(.ini).
  • Start the game
  • The file is newly created
  • This also makes the graphics setting reset so you need to re-adjust them.
  • If it works afterwards, you can delete the Options(.ini) from your desktop.
