Ideal Moods have been removed for all but active careers.

Wants have been replaced with Wishes/Fears in Patch 1.90.358. They still have to be turned on in the gameplay options.

The foundation sliders have been replaced with up/down arrows on the room itself.

Multiple cheats have been permanently deactivated.

Restaurant employees are being deleted by the game if you reach the culling limit and forgot to mark them as safe.

TV has Video Distortion on Speed 2 and 3
The TV shows a distorted picture if you set your speed to 2 or 3. This was changed on purpose.
