The login event Deck the Palms runs from December 16th, 2025 to January 13th, 2026 and gives 21 free rewards for starting the game on at least 9 different days within the given time period.

Deck the palms has 8 sets of rewards, totaling 21 items in different variations. These will be unlocked on specific days.

Event End January 13
It’s easy to claim the rewards as long as you have access to the game. All you need to do is start the game. You can then claim the rewards from the main menu.
Each day you login you get a new set of rewards. They are unlocked over time. You can find a detailed schedule under Which rewards do I get for the Deck the Palms Login Event
The event lasts from December 26th, 2025 – January 13th, 2026
If you still not see it, try these troubleshooting steps
- Make sure you are online and Online Social Features Access is turned on in your game options (other).
- Do an EA App Recovery: Menu > Help > App Recovery
- Make sure you test without mods/cc
- Delete your Sims Cache files
- Repair your game
All the items can be found by searching by name or by filtering for Event in build mode or CAS.
For pack specific rewards you will need the pack for them to appear in your game. You can still unlock them without having the pack but you can’t use them only you have the pack.
If you buy the pack sometimes in the future, you will see the items and can use them. It doesn’t matter when you buy the packs, you’ll still get them even if the event is long over. All you need to do is unlock them now during the event.

You can still unlock items even if you miss a day or if you start later.
