Can’t knock on Doors

Update

This bug was fixed. If you still don’t have the interaction, check the following things

  • Make sure it’s not a mod causing the issue
  • Make sure that the door you want to knock on is in fact the front door. Use the interaction Set as front door if another door is currently the front door.
  • Arches can prevent the game from seeing a door as an outer door and not an indoor one. Remove these.

Problem

Sims can no longer on their neighbors door. The interaction is gone.

Cause

Unclear.

This issue occurred in some games before the pools patch but now everyone has it.

Solution

You can click everywhere else on the house BUT the door to get the interaction. So click on the wall to get it.
